Principal Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues in Research, as well as Translational Science and Clinical Development to provide analytical and domain expertise on specific project and initiative-based projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Systems Biology within Research to support the design and analysis of experiments to systematically assess foundational hypotheses in in vitro and in vivo systems.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the biology of specific ADC mechanisms of action to inform hypothesis generation and analysis decisions
  • Marshall sequencing, screening and other high-dimensional datasets from public and internal sources to answer questions relevant to drug discovery and therapeutic design
  • Apply specific subject matter expertise in the analysis of next-generation sequencing data across a variety of modalities, including RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, antibody sequencing, and DNA-seq.
