The SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Platform Administrator will test and implement 3rd party integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and various vendor applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SuccessFactors integration technologies, middleware platforms, APIs, and HR business processes. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable and secure integration solutions that support business transformation initiatives across Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms.

- A Competitive Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
- Base salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.

Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development
- Test and deploy both inbound and outbound integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and internal/external systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and REST and OData APIs.
- Configure and support SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
- Create/Maintain file-based integrations using SFTP, XML, CSV, JSON, or similar formats.
Technical Analysis & Solution Architecture
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to document integration requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Manage technical specifications, mapping documents, and integration designs.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise integration architecture and security standards.
Testing & Support
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Analyze message mapping errors, handle exceptions, trace logs, and optimize integration performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data errors, and interface failures.
- Monitor integration jobs and proactively identify performance improvements.
- Provide technical administrative support for OpenText, Docusign, and Sodales.
- Provide post-production support and ongoing maintenance.
Data Management & Security
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across integrated systems.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to employee data.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and support guides.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for support teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in technical reviews and architecture governance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 - 12 years’ of SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
- 5 - 12 years’ developing integrations using SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration expertise.
- Experience with integration Center.
- Must be local to the Chicagoland area to visit the client site as needed

- SAP ECC
- Payroll systems
- OKTA, SAML, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Third-party benefits and other providers
- DocuSign
- WFS – Workforce Software
- OpenText
- Sodales
Preferred Certifications
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Integration Suite
- SAP Business Technology Platform certifications
