Summary
The Apprentice – ServiceNow & Power BI Liaison supports cross-functional teams working with ServiceNow and Power BI. This role offers hands-on experience in Agile project management, solution design, and stakeholder communication. The apprentice will learn to bridge business requirements with technical delivery, gaining exposure to enterprise software integration and digital workflow automation.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams (both onshore and offshore) to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Act as a primary liaison between ServiceNow product teams and the Power BI development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Translate ServiceNow product roadmaps into actionable Features and User Stories for development teams.
  • Manage Features, User Stories, and Defects using Agile work item management tools (primarily Azure DevOps, but open to other platforms).
  • Communicate project status, updates, and blockers to relevant stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
  • Participate in training programs focused on ServiceNow, Power BI, and Agile project management.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals and mentors to develop technical and business skills.
  • Gain exposure to enterprise software integration and digital workflow automation.

Requirements

  • Exposure to ServiceNow and/or Power BI platforms (experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and work item management (must be comfortable using Azure DevOps or similar tools).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interface with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
