What you’ll be doing:
The Director of Strategic Accounts will act in an account management function for clients contracted with SCP for Growth and Value Based Care service offerings. The primary goal of this position is to become the point of contact for all clients once the contract is signed, managing the relationship through implementation and into on-going service delivery, ensuring client expectations are met and often exceeded. This is achieved through collaboration with Business Development, Implementation, Operations, and Performance Excellence

Operational Management
- Maintain detailed comprehension of SCP Growth and Value Based Service offerings to share with clients accurately and appropriately
- Participate as needed with Business Development team during client interactions to represent on-going account management functions and expectations
- Understand client implementation plan and act as liaison once the contract is signed to assist client through implementation and into daily operations
- Create and manage process for client feedback, specifically issue resolution, acting as liaison between client and operations to ensure contractual requirements are being operationalized and client is satisfied with services
- Collaborate with operations to ensure client contract is executed per the terms agreed upon
Client Relations
- Act as the single client facing representative once contracts are signed and implementation begins
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with client executive team to understand and support local strategies through management of current contracted services and continually identifying new solutions through SCP offerings
- Provide quarterly reports to clients illustrating details of services provided to illustrate value of contracted programs
- Provide routine information regarding market activity, metrics, opportunities, and challenges as it relates to client strategies and SCP program offerings
Fiscal Responsibility
- Understand contractual terms in relation to finances
- Monitor financial aspects of contracts and services offered to ensure contractual terms are being met
- Communicate as needed with client and internal operations regarding financial expectations
Who/What we are looking for:
- You reside in Atlanta, GA, Lafayette, LA or Dallas, TX preferred.
- You can travel 25-50% nationally by commercial airlines and by car to client locations and corporate offices
- You have five years of Client engagement experience preferred.
- You have three years healthcare environment, healthcare marketing or sales experience strongly preferred
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration or related field required, Master’s degree preferred
- You are tech savvy with proficient Microsoft Office skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced skills in Teams and Webex, it’s a plus to have Salesforce experience
- You thrive in a fast paced, changing, and growth-oriented environment
- You have ability to quickly learn new teams, processes, and workflows
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, are approachable and builds trust and effective relationships
- You have success executing within expected timeline
- You use diplomacy and tact and can diffuse high-tension situations, sensitive to how client organization’s function
- You can present information and make recommendations effectively, articulate strategic and organizational agility
- You are effective in a variety of formal presentation settings; one-on-one, small and large groups, with various levels of staff and leadership
- You are client focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of external customers
- You are tech savvy with proficient Microsoft Office skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced skills in Teams and Webex, it’s a plus to have Salesforce experience
