What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with various internal and external contacts to support the Managed Care department and enhance the department's effectiveness.
- Prepare and edit various departmental communications including quarterly newsletters.
- Assist with providing demographic and chargemaster updates to our payor partners.
- Generate Salesforce reports including listings of active entities and contracts.
- Produce document comparison reports in Adobe Acrobat.
- Perform basic market research including identifying key contacts.
- File documents and collaborate with the RCS Auditing team to update Salesforce.
- Request support tickets and maintain a record of thereof.
- Assist the Managed Care team in revenue improvement initiatives.
- Attend meetings and take detailed notes.
- Other duties deemed necessary by management.
Who/What we are looking for:
- High School diploma required.
- Organized with strong time management skills to produce precise and timely results while handling multiple projects.
- Highly meticulous with a keen attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all projects.
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, respectful manner.
- Agile and readily adaptable, shifting priorities as needed by the department.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Articulate with excellent grammar and composition skills to create and edit departmental communications.
- Able to effectively problem solve.
- Able to work well with diverse groups and individuals in a team setting.
- Willing to adhere to departmental guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word in particular) and Adobe Acrobat products.
