What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Collaborate with various internal and external contacts to support the Managed Care department and enhance the department's effectiveness.
  • Prepare and edit various departmental communications including quarterly newsletters.
  • Assist with providing demographic and chargemaster updates to our payor partners.
  • Generate Salesforce reports including listings of active entities and contracts.
  • Produce document comparison reports in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Perform basic market research including identifying key contacts.
  • File documents and collaborate with the RCS Auditing team to update Salesforce.
  • Request support tickets and maintain a record of thereof.
  • Assist the Managed Care team in revenue improvement initiatives.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes.
  • Other duties deemed necessary by management.
 
Who/What we are looking for:
  • High School diploma required.
  • Organized with strong time management skills to produce precise and timely results while handling multiple projects.
  • Highly meticulous with a keen attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in all projects.
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, respectful manner.
  • Agile and readily adaptable, shifting priorities as needed by the department.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Articulate with excellent grammar and composition skills to create and edit departmental communications.
  • Able to effectively problem solve.
  • Able to work well with diverse groups and individuals in a team setting.
  • Willing to adhere to departmental guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word in particular) and Adobe Acrobat products.
