What you’ll be doing:  
The Talent Management Program Consultant assists in creating and implementing talent management programs and other HR initiatives designed to elevate skills and capabilities across the organization. This role will work to drive the tactical support of the performance management agenda in partnership with the HR Business Partners. This role will report into the Director HR, PMO and will support process improvement efforts across all of HR and support project management efforts.   
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to design and implement tools needed to train HR and SCP employees on the performance framework, guidelines, and process, building the capability of HR and leaders to support robust performance feedback and coaching.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of the related processes and continuously look for new and simpler ways to assess and motivate performance. Leverage internal data and external best practices to uncover trends and drivers that enhance performance.
  • Lead the design and delivery of performance management tools and enabling technology; collaborate with broader HRIS to implement, manage, and maintain the system.
  • Accountable for the ongoing monitoring of emerging trends, critical to ensure SCP continues to modernize guidelines to meet the continued evolving needs to deliver enterprise-wide performance objectives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to create and implement data-driven approaches to talent management.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to identify core competencies needed at all levels throughout the organization and create tools and processes to ensure we are selecting and developing talent accordingly.
  • Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and partnering with HR Business partners to deliver Employee Engagement survey results and trends to business leaders. Create and implement a process for continuous monitoring of results and action plans.
What we are looking for: 
  • Minimum of 5-7 years progressive HRBP, Talent Management, HR culture & engagement experience.
  • 5+ years effective project management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred - Human Resources or related field.
  • PMP Certification a plus.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
  • Good project management expertise.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Effective data management capabilities.
  • Be a team player who enjoys a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to flex style based on situation and audience.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative.
