THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION
What you’ll be doing:
The Human Resources Coordinator handles clerical and administrative tasks for the Human Resources Department and will act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence. HR Service Center Exposure to the new hire and onboarding process and the human resources information system.
- Support the HR Department with any clerical and administrative needs
- Responsible for accurate and up to date I-9 documentation on all clinician new hires
- Offer a high level of internal customer service to team members to answer their HR related questions and provide appropriate guidance and support for their requests
- Capable of redirecting HR related calls and distributing correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Effectively handles pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
- Provide information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and team members
- Responsible for general VOE questions and support
- Support employees through the onboarding process
- Maintain and troubleshoot Workday account access issues
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail processing for the HR Services Team
- Participate in I-9 audit every six months
- Participates in HRIS audits as directed my management
- Creates, maintains, and analyzes reports as needed
What we are looking for:
- You have 1 year of HR experience preferred
- You have 2 or more years of customer service experience required
- You have 1 years of data management experience preferred
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
- Good communication skills, Comfortable asking questions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to change
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Healthcare experience preferred
