What you’ll be doing:
Performance Analysts serve as a resource to the assigned SCP Health Operations Team, where they are responsible for analyzing provider productivity metrics and compensation plans, as well as identifying and escalating opportunities and outliers to the Performance Analytics leaders. This will involve incentive plan calculation and review, plan and report maintenance, and acting as a reference point for both clinicians and internal teams. This position is also responsible for the validation and analysis of facility/provider compensation changes, with a focus on ensuring quality of data within core operating systems and creating and maintaining a variety of monthly operations reports for use by Accounting/Finance, Senior Management, and outside parties.
- Coordinate all functions related to plan administration including data and process integrity assurance, provider communication, plan performance compliance and monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Analyze provider performance data and provide recommendations to the Data and Performance Analytics leadership for areas of opportunities.
- Provide reporting and details to both clinicians and Operations Team personnel on the performance and outcomes of compensation plans.
- Provide education to and address questions from all internal departments, Operations Team personnel, pertaining to incentive plans, change request forms, and chargebacks.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of all incentive plans alongside Performance Analytics leadership.
- Maintain facility-specific incentive plan records, i.e. pay rates, hours of coverage, NPPA involvement, and facility specific circumstances.
- Collect and manage all data required to process all incentive plans.
- Review provider contracts to extract pertinent information used to process incentive plans.
- Analyze incentive calculations and provider productivity.
- Work through monthly calculation cycle and ensure all payroll deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with Operations Team and Performance Analytics leadership on problem resolution.
- Implement operational coverage and compensation changes in SalesForce upon release of change forms.
- Obtain data to calculate facility incentives, as well as all necessary approvals.
- Work through monthly/quarterly/annual SOX compliance audits for accuracy and approval tracking.
- Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accuracy of provider compensation.
- Work collaboratively with appropriate Documentation Coordinator for feedback to providers.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Who/What we are looking for:
- You have Healthcare experience preferred.
- You have 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- You have prior experience with database management preferred.
- You strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
- You have Finance, Accounting or any other business-related degree.
- You have Bachelor’s degree.
- You are a motivated self-starter, capable, with minimal supervision, of planning, developing, and maintaining individual projects.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- You are highly detail oriented.
- You are able to multi-task and work well with others.
- You are production task oriented.
- You have a high level of critical thinking and reasoning skills.
