What you’ll be doing:
Perform various responsibilities to include managing new and existing website access and username/password reset requests as well as EFT and ERA enrollments. Acts as a primary point of contact for all website access inquiries and requests, updates information regarding completed website access. Respond to questions and inquiries regarding status of requests, needed access, and any username/password requirements.
  •  Complete all necessary tasks to process the incoming cases received by each department within the queue.
  • Monitor all incoming requests and validate that all information is appropriately documented.
  • Track status of request to completion and update notes and status in the case management tool.
  • Verify with case originator that access is properly working and update case appropriately.
  • Identify any gaps in website access by State, Payer and Facility levels.
  • Update the case management tool with all detailed information upon completion.
  • Research and update any changes to website access and security needs as necessary.
  • Provide Problem Resolution and ownership from case assignment to closure in all matters. 
  • Complete all ERA and EFT enrollments assigned by the due date. 
 
Who/What we are looking for:
  •  3-5 years’ experience in a medium-large healthcare setting.
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Agility in managing multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Problem solving ability.
  • ERA/EFT/EDI enrollment skills in a large volume healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. 
  • Work independently utilizing documented processes and automated daily reports.
