What you’ll be doing: 
The Executive Assistant to the President of CS Partners performs administrative tasks that are clerical in nature, coordination, organization, and problem-solving assistance. The work also includes a broad range of complex responsibilities involving confidential or technical information, compiling reports, furnishing information, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking initiative to respond to routine correspondence, visitors, and telephone calls, taking the initiative to prepare background material as needed and proactively prioritizing key objectives. Must exercise considerable judgment and discretion in completing assignments.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage, assess, and predict the day-to-day needs of the President to ensure they are prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events.
  • Seamlessly manage email coordination, calendar scheduling, travel, expense reporting, and a wide variety of priorities
  • Assist and support staff as needed in areas of events, travel, expense reporting and other business priorities while assisting the President.
  • Resolve conflicting time demands to ensure a seamless schedule based on business priorities.
  • Project-manage a variety of professional initiatives through self-motivation, clear communication, and complete follow through.
  • Manage confidential information and communications tactfully, with efficiency and attention to details.
  • Time management and meticulous to ensure the President’s time-spend aligns to business objectives, priorities, and programs.
  • Coordinate arrangements as it pertains to scheduling for the company’s and partner’s meetings, events, and activities in a professional setting.
  • Ability to pull or generate reports, a technical aptitude to navigate relevant systems, regular use of a computer to manage day to day work and ability to research information.
  • Build relationships cross functionally within CS Partners, SCP Health and Christus Health as required.
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Mindfulness, highly organized with thorough follow up.
  • Ability to envision the implications of decisions and actions for stakeholders inside and outside the company.
  • Proactive planning and timely execution, while also responding to external and internal demands
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to review reports and summarize data quickly.
 
WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of comparable executive-level support in a professional setting.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge of office equipment, computers, and software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Advanced working knowledge of virtual meeting platforms (Webex or Teams, preferred)
  • Typing skills of at least 60-65 words per minute
  • Project Management skills or similar preferred
