Sr. Accounting Analyst, Shared Services
Description
- Manage and support the corporate credit card program in conjunction with Concur Expenses.
- Prepare and run monthly reports, book journal entries, and assist with reconciling expenses to payments.
- Act as the subject matter expert in projects related to credit card issuance and program updates, collaborating closely with Treasury.
- Collaborate and support the Concur Travel Function leader.
- Manage and support invoice processing through Medius.
- Execute payment runs (checks/ACH/wires) and collaborate with Accounting to support bank reconciliations.
- Perform month-end close activities, including the preparation of account reconciliations that ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Lead and participate in projects related to Medius, focusing on invoice capture and workflow optimization.
- Year-end tax fillings (1099’s & 1042’s)
- Provide essential support for both internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and responses.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development, Corporate Reporting, FP&A, and Business Operations to align and support company-wide objectives.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned, contributing to continuous process improvements and organizational success.
- Bachelors degree in accounting.
- A minimum of five years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc).
- Experience with Concur
- Experience with Medius or other automated AP tool
- Experience with Oracle 12.2
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
