Production Data Analyst

Administrative Support Ancram, New York


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports production data entry in researching uncommon/ escalated issues that cannot be resolved through typical research methods
  • QEHS document control gatekeeper (documents changes per established ISO system requirements, ensures communication throughout all levels, ensures training documents are complete)
  • Maintains accurate inventory and numerical data related to raw materials, supplies and products
  • Compiles information from various data sources to complete reports and assist with presentations
  • Prepares various production reports on a daily, weekly and monthly report; also mill reports per direction
  • Participates as an active and engaged team member related to company objectives, especially safety, process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Works independently to understand complex processes and developing recommendations for improvements within the production function
  • Uses sound judgment to evaluate routine and non-routine situations and makes timely decisions; follows up to completion
  • Manages multiple tasks effectively from idea conception to completion
  • Provides support and coverage for Quality and/or Logistics as needed

Makes recommendations and proactively implements to improve plant processes using Lean Principles.
