Manage core accounting functions, including revenue recognition, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, AP/AR, invoicing, collections, commissions, revenue share agreements, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Support contract administration: opportunity review, project setup, invoicing, and renewals.
Compile, analyze, and review financial information in system and manual reports
Assist with financial planning, cash forecasting, and budgeting.
Prepare documentation for audits and tax filings.
Maintain documented procedures
Maintain internal controls and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as needed.

Excellent Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with accounting systems (Acumatica or similar preferred).
Ability to interpret contracts and agreements for financial impact.

Productivity: Microsoft 365 Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
3-5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a SaaS or professional services.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
