This role focuses on providing technical support and system maintenance for our innovative solutions that transform how local governments operate. What You'll Do 
  • Support and maintain SaaS products used by local governments. 
  • Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues. 
  • Ensure systems run efficiently to meet client needs. 
What We’re Looking For 
We’re seeking candidates who are self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn. 
 
Required Skills: 
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand problem statements quickly and clearly.  
  • Foundational experience with .NET web development (C# or VB). 
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL). 
  • Ability to write simple scripts (e.g., Python). 
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management and analytical skills. 
  • Clear verbal and written communication coupled with strong intrapersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency to handle multiple competing priorities. 
  • Ability to work on a team collaboratively but also individually as dictated by the cases you will support. 
Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience with local government operations.  
  • Exposure to GIS, especially ESRI ArcGIS products. 
  • Experience working with real property appraisal, CAMA, or property tax systems. 
Education & Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, GIS, management information systems, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
