What do you get to do in this position?

This position is typically held by an individual who is new to the industry and has no knowledge of HVAC controls or Electronic Security Systems This position is responsible for providing supporting the Operations team in the management and execution of new construction projects.This position will have supervision and reports to Operations Management.

Responsibilities included below:

1. Following up on submittals and request for information logs both with our engineering group and the customer. Managing RFI logs.

2. Ordering and tracking material

3. Managing change order logs

4 Second point of contact for data retrieval/scope review for field personnel

5 Project Billing

6 Documentation Managment
