Marketing Program Manager

South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join our Marketing team in North Charleston, SC.


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Oversee marketing efforts for select lines of business. Work directly with each department's leadership team to develop and execute annual marketing plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify, develop and execute marketing programs that generate product revenue and meet organizational goals.
  • Assess marketing programs for effectiveness and modify strategies accordingly in order to achieve the maximum ROI; use findings to make recommendations to credit union and department leadership.
  • Analyze member insights, consumer trends, market data, and marketing best practices to ensure marketing campaigns will resonate with target audiences.
  • Produce marketing materials for various lines of business, including flyers, brochures, direct mail pieces, etc.
  • Write copy for emails, newsletters, and internal communications, working with internal stakeholders on messaging and approvals.
  • Provide support for and implement various marketing department initiatives; including Online and Mobile Banking, member statements, financial wellness program, scholarship program, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives and identify opportunities to cross-promote other lines of business


Minimum qualifications include:


  • Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Possess a minimum of three years of experience working in a similar marketing role.
  • Possess direct work experience developing and implementing marketing programs and assessing their effectiveness.
  • Possess demonstrated ability to effectively plan and organize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Possess excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Possess direct work experience producing marketing materials.
  • Possess experience managing third-party vendor relationships and collaborating with vendors to execute marketing plans and achieve organizational goals.
  • Possess demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Possess demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Possess experience performing intermediate mathematical skills.
