Marketing Web Developer
Description
South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Marketing Web Developer to join our team of outstanding Marketing professionals in North Charleston, SC.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provides quality and innovation in the creation and delivery of online applications that ensure excellent member service and sound data security.
- Supports the VP, Digital Marketing in management of the marketing tech stack and web-based properties in support of organizational goals.
- Resolves online performance issues including troubleshooting, code review, and debugging.
- Builds multi-platform landing pages and other touchpoints in conjunction with internal and external resources.
- Performs complex HTML and CSS updates as needed.
- Builds features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
- Takes ownership of managing all aspects of web development projects.
- Acts as a technical resource for SaaS platforms in the marketing stack, such as implementing or troubleshooting API connections.
- Identifies the most effective ways to integrate the website into campaigns to measure results, including tags, pixels, UTM's, and SDK's.
- Serves as the web consultant for the department, providing educated recommendations, updates, problem-solving ideas, and quality assessments.
- Understands and articulates the overall vision of the marketing data stack to convert requirements into technical architecture or implementable design.
Minimum requirements include:
- Possess bachelor's degree or certificate in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years of similar or related experience.
- Direct work experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics.
- Experience developing and maintaining custom solutions that span multiple platforms.
- Experience in .NET (ASP.NET), C#, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML.
- Experience in writing code in text-based editors.
- Experience developing and deploying sites using IIS and Azure.
- Understanding of Source Control best practices and well-versed with Git or SVN.
- Experience working with and configuring CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with API development and integrations.
- Experience researching, analyzing, and solving complex problems.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple tasks and projects.
