Overview of position:

This is a unique opportunity as our first SAI Enterprise teammate on the ground in continental Europe.  You will be joining a passionate team in a high growth, thought leadership organization driving change in the Global 2000 through our direct Enterprise and working closely with our Partner channel team. 

The Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive will have responsibility for the full journey of both our prospective and existing Enterprise customers, from opportunity discovery to close as well as ongoing support and retention. You will be responsible for cultivating meaningful lasting relationships with the entire value chain of our customers, ranging from Engineers to C-level Executives.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prospect and identify target organizations to drive additional revenue and customer success strategies within the context of their business agility transformations
  • Initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations
  • Work with the team to ensure our community of Enterprises are thriving, growing and renewing
  • Must have worked in complex technology sales environments in the past and helpful to have organizational development experience
  • Develop ongoing communications with Partners and the Partner Development and Enablement team as required to service enterprise customers
  • Work internally to help SAI evolve our solution offerings to help us take the business to a new level
  • Support agile and industry events, meetups and conferences for increased SAFe brand awareness through networking and occasionally speaking
  • Travel internationally to be with clients as needed to architect and sustain their transformations

Skills and experience that are important for the role:

  • 7+ years of success as a field sales executive leading complex technology and/or services sales
  • Exhibit leadership qualities capable of taking our European business to a new level 
  • Having supported and sold transformational and OCM services in support of changing the way companies work would be ideal
  • Experience with Agile and articulating its benefits are critical -- SAFe knowledge is a big plus
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, strategy-driven, and collaborative personality with passion, integrity, and a positive attitude
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, exceptional writing and editing skills and the ability to customize key messages for specific target audiences
  • Prior use of Salesforce, with SF Partner Communities is a plus
  • Talent for interacting with people at all levels and cultures
  • Familiarity with Challenger, SPIN, Huthwaite, methodologies is a big plus

Where you’ll be working:

This position is based at your home office and ideally located in Germany.  Our corporate headquarters and training center is in Boulder, Colorado, USA.
