Position at SBM Management

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for conducting full life-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidate offers for various levels of Technology roles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to fill technology roles for various business units within the organization

  • Utilize industry-wide recruitment technologies, systems, and tools to quickly identify and present top technical talent

  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills as it relates to I.T and software development environments.

  • Share insights with hiring managers around the latest Technology talent market trends and challenges and provide expertise and consultation to overcome obstacles

  • Build and expand technical talent networks, manage relationships with external industry organizations, and recommend new tools and technologies to advance recruitment efforts

  • Identify, build, and execute effective recruiting strategies for niche roles and/or large-scale recruitment efforts

  • Contribute to and recommend solutions to improve overall speed, quality, and cost per hire

  • Determine internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates

  • Manage automated resume and applicant tracking systems

  • Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires

  • Refer to management on employment policies, procedures, and practices

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with industry standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), web-based sourcing tools and technologies, and a solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices and processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current recruiting technologies and trends, with the ability to research and learn new technologies and concepts quickly
  • Experience with advanced sourcing and search techniques with a strong ability to identify and recommend top technical talent
  • High degree of accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive recruiting results

Available Shift: Full Time

Compensation: Depends on Experience
