Position at SBM Management

As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a vital role in our Treasury team. Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, you will be responsible for various areas, including cash management, borrowings portfolio, cashflow reporting and forecasting. This position will interact with other functional areas including finance, accounting, payroll, taxes, and risk.     

   

Responsibilities   

  • Monitor cash balances for domestic and international bank accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries. 
  • Report daily cash position and assist with the preparation of cashflow forecasting and bank reporting. 
  • Assist with corporate debt management, including credit facilities and letters of credit, compliance with covenants, and interest rate hedging. 
  • Prepare journal entries for Treasury related cash activities and perform reconciliations.  
  • Work with cross-functional departments to review and take appropriate action on ACH exceptions. 
  • Initiate wires, ACH transactions and vendor payments.  
  • Manage correspondent banking documentation, including updating signature cards, KYC, account maintenance forms and ISDA documents.  
  • Analyze bank fees and identify opportunities for cost saves. 
  • Ensure all Treasury procedures are updated. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc treasury projects, partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, tax, legal, and IT.

   

Qualifications   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, banking operations or related field.May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and skills.
  • Knowledge of cash management is preferred. 
  • Experience with NetSuite and banking platforms is a plus.

   

Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 per year   

Shift: Regular full-time
