Description

The Systems Program Mgr is responsible for understanding, maintaining, and improving all aspects of the highly customized applications used to support day-to-day business operations. This person is responsible for user configuration and security, designing and developing new custom objects, creating reports and dashboards, and other administrative tasks on the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, validation rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management
• Partner with SBM's stakeholders to conceptualize and produce requests that align business requirements with system functionality
• Build and maintain custom applications on the SFDC platform, including data models, business logic, user interface, and workflows
• Create, deploy and monitor changesets
• Perform testing of new functionality and SFDC seasonal releases
• Prepare data files and upload the data to HubSpot using data loader and other 3rd party tools
• Create reports in SFDC to meet operational requirements, including maintaining a standard set of queries/reports to satisfy requirements; validate queries/reports created by others in the organization. And assist in interpreting data.
• Execute Change Management process, including maintaining updated documentation and data dictionary
• Lead full cycle integration initiatives between HubSpot and other applications
• Consult with end-users to ensure that business requests can be supported with existing system infrastructure
• Keep up to date with HubSpot releases, features, and best practices

Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of experience administering and configuring SFDC environment with in-depth knowledge of the declarative (point and click) capabilities
• HubSpot / Certified Administrator
• Experience designing and implementing new modules and business processes using the HubSpot platform
• Knowledge of established HubSpot standards, best practices, and platform features
• Expertise in building workflows using standard workflow functionality and advanced process automation techniques utilizing Process Builder and Flow
• Demonstrated mastery of SFDC report types, analytical snapshots, and dashboards
• Demonstrated mastery of HubSpot Data Loader and mass upload processes
• Experience reviewing, configuring, and supporting AppExchange apps
