Position at 4Insite

The Bilingual Mobile Implementation Specialist will learn the intricacies of the 4insite mobile and web platforms product offering and deliver implementation services with customer. They must be a highly organized, goal-oriented individual capable of preparing and tracking project plans and schedules. They also provide regular scheduled status reporting and tracking of project deliverables and has direct coordination with other departments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Become an expert in the 4insite mobile and web platforms
  • Manage the pre-implementation process to ensure customers are prepared for mobile rollouts, this includes scheduling, audio/video checks.
  • Develop and drive project plans with the goal of ensuring maximum customer success
  • Coordinate and deliver product training to end users
  • Gain knowledge of entire Mobile Implementation program outside of your responsibilities
  • Serve as coach and trusted advisor to your customers
  • Be the liaison between the business, 4insite support team and other verticals within 4insite as business needs arise.
  • Follow-up with sites after implementation to view progress and offer additional support
  • Manage Post Implementation Survey Process
  • Continually look at ways to improve the onboarding process to enhance customer experience
  • Work in a strong team environment to provide unparalleled support to customers
  • Demonstrate a desire to help others with specific technical issues and be able to understand the support process from the customer point of view
  • Travel is required


Qualifications: 

  • Associate’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or related field OR equivalent work experience in technology roles.
  • May required to have a valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated success managing technology and implementation projects
  • Demonstrable knowledge of features
  • Responsible self-starter with a sense of urgency balanced by attention to detail
  • Comfortable with change and organizational and process evolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel Required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

Compensation: $66,560 per year 

Shift: 1st shift
