Position at SBM Management

SBM is looking to add a talented and creative individual to our HR family that will help position the business for future growth. As the Organizational Architect, you will help define and design what the organizational structure should be so that we can continue to scale as we grow both domestically and internationally.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy and core approach that the company will use to accomplish its goals
  • Lead business initiatives to propose and design new approaches and new organizational processes
  • Provide recommendations on how teams are structured and lead efforts that realign business verticals to ensure maximum output
  • Help redesign the organization to improve employee engagement and retention and build a meaningful culture
  • Work cross functionally with department leaders to ensure our systems are improving our human capital processes
  • Implement and help reenforce values and norms that shape daily behavior
  • Identify and help solve structure, strategy, and systems misalignments
  • Help lead strategic shifts that leverage each departments capacity
  • Develop roadmaps that position the organization to scale as we grow


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar or executive leadership level role
  • Must also be able to roll up their sleeves and execute solutions
  • Posses a strong business acumen with phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills
  • A broad, company-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities that scale for growth
  • The ability to apply organizational architectural principles to develop business solutions
  • Extensive experience working cross functional with department leaders to plan and deploy business initiatives
  • Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
