We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who is ruthlessly customer-obsessed and analytical. You will own a user groups, develop a complete understanding of their needs and workflows, and use that insight to define product vision, features, and roadmaps that advance 4Insite’s North Star.
This role requires a builder who thrives on clarity from ambiguity—someone who starts with the customer, grounds every decision in data, and drives results through crisp prioritization and flawless execution.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Know your customer better than anyone -- develop a deep understanding of their pain points, workflows, and unmet needs through direct engagement, observation, and data. 
  2. Translate insights into product strategy -- define the “what” and “why” of features that materially improve customer experience and operational outcomes. 
  3. Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact to determine what to build next. 
  4. Own the roadmap for your domain, ensuring every initiative ladders up to measurable outcomes aligned with 4Insite’s North Star. 
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality, scalable products. 
  6. Establish clear success metrics, monitor adoption and performance, and iterate quickly based on learnings. 
  7. Communicate direction and results to senior leadership, influencing stakeholders with data-driven reasoning and customer insight. 
  8. Contribute to building mechanisms and frameworks that improve how 4Insite defines, builds, and launches product features. 

About the team
4Insite owns the full innovation cycle for a platform supporting 10,000+ associates and 350+ enterprise sites. Each Product Manager will leads strategy for a key customer segment -- translating deep user understanding into products that drive measurable business and operational value. The team operates with a bias for action, customer obsession, and data-driven rigor.

Basic Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
  2. 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or equivalent technical leadership. 
  3. Demonstrated experience defining and launching software products. 
  4. Proven ability to use data and research to define features, prioritize roadmaps, and measure success. 
  5. Excellent written communication. 

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree (MBA or related). 
  2. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or workforce technology. 
  3. Familiarity with facilities management or field operations environments. 
  4. History of scaling mechanisms for roadmap management, feature validation, and customer feedback loops. 

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 - bonus eligible
