Creates visually engaging, innovative, and functional designs in conjunction with 4insite. The Marketing Designer works in combination with Writers and Designers on all design solutions, and is responsible for producing visual designs in support of the Marketing team. Provides expertise in visual design as well as the generation of new and innovative ways to market 4insite and advance company growth. Helps to fulfill assignments for customer-facing and internal projects. Projects include mock-ups of design concepts, presentations, print collateral, multimedia, Website content management and Web graphics, promotional items.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and design leadership to develop our visual language and apply it across the many surfaces of our products.
  • Work closely and iteratively with developers to ensure design accuracy and consistency throughout the creative process.
  • Apply innovative visual design problem-solving skills within the shared visual design language, and aesthetic of the SBM brand.
  • Contribute to, or own, the concept and production of style guides to establish and drive a cohesive product vision.
  • Supports the Design Manager in training and directing staff members who develop design concepts for online and offline purposes
  • Creates and follow brand guidelines
  • Works to creative brief and shows understanding and relevance to the target market
  • Assist the Marketing team and Marketing Director by creating a visible image that can be used in media and print to support the development and growth of the business
  • Generate and manipulate graphic images, text into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
  • Develop material for advertisements, webcasts, websites, and direct mail
  • Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
  • Identify brand-building areas
  • Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
  • Provide design and direction for collateral, web and other visual communications media for the company.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Adapts to the changing needs of the department, develops new skills, and assists with projects outside of normal job responsibilities as needed
  • Travel may be required.

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS preferred.
  • Social media, Word Press, and Web Design experience.
  • Sketch experience required.
