Director, Digital Transformation
Description
Director, Digital Transformation will lead the integration of digital technology into all areas of the business, fundamentally changing how you operate and deliver value to customers. This role will also drive cultural change requiring organizations to continually challenge the status quo, experiment, and become comfortable with failure for the pursuit of innovation and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and support multiple work streams through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identifying change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure
- Ensure stakeholder alignment
- Develop program delivery strategy to deliver complex processes and systems
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project team members
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments including Procurement, Operations, IT, Marketing and Finance to successfully implement and measure performance impacts
- Partner with SBM’s internal technology development teams to support development of consolidated data aggregation tool(s)
- Work with Operations Leadership team to ensure innovation aligns with strategic business strategy
- Evangelize the vision for the operational transformation among business users, cross-functional leaders, and other stakeholders; serve as the primary focal point for the engagement
- Manage communication and actively engage stakeholders, including senior management on program status, deliverables, and expected
- Lead a diverse, cross-functional team who will be responsible for driving product concepts testing
- Work closely with Marketing to smoothly transition products during the testing to implementation phase
- Align and influence Senior leadership to make optimal prioritization of innovation projects
- Overseeing system integrations to deliver impactful and timely results
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a College or University or four to six years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to lead, guide, and coach project team members in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change as well as communicating that change
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Travel: 10%
Compensation: $145,000 - $150,000 Per Year
Shift: Monday - Friday, Weekends/Nights as needed
