SBM Management Services is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President, Life Science Partnerships & Growth to lead and expand our largest and most mature vertical — representing partnerships with global life sciences leaders such as Merck, Eli Lilly, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, and Genentech.

This leader will position SBM’s operational excellence, safety culture, compliance rigor, sustainability, and data transparency as competitive advantages in life science environments where precision, reliability, and regulatory alignment are mission-critical. You will partner with IFM organizations such as CBRE and JLL while engaging directly with facility managers, engineering, quality, production, EHS, compliance, continuous improvement, and procurement teams to position SBM as an essential partner for regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and science-enabling facility support.
