Description
SBM Management Services is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President, Technology Solutions to lead and expand our technology vertical serving enterprise clients across the technology landscape including Microsoft, Adobe, Meta, Amazon, Google, and Nvidia. The SVP will play a pivotal role in positioning SBM’s operational excellence, compliance rigor, and innovation capabilities as core differentiators across both GMP and non-GMP environments. Working closely with our GMP leadership, operations, and executive teams, this leader will translate proven execution into commercial advantage — expanding existing accounts, winning new strategic enterprises, and capturing growth in high-value areas such as CDMOs, biotech R&D, clinical manufacturing, and medical device production.
A central component of this role is building the vertical go-to-market strategy, creating replicable commercial playbooks, and establishing account-based planning (ABP) across strategic enterprise accounts. The SVP will also determine when pipeline maturity justifies additional hires, building out a scalable vertical organization.
You will partner across IFM networks (CBRE, JLL) and directly with procurement, quality, engineering, and operations leaders at pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, and device companies — positioning SBM’s pillars (Quality, People/Processes, Safety, Sustainability, and Data) as mission-critical assets in a highly regulated industry.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Own the Life Sciences vertical go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, value propositioning, target account prioritization, and competitive differentiation.
- Build scalable commercial playbooks covering prospecting, CDMO expansion, GMP growth, renewals, pricing strategy, and customer lifecycle management.
- Lead account-based planning (ABP) for strategic enterprise partners, aligning SBM’s capabilities to customer roadmaps, regulatory needs, new site construction, and expansion opportunities.
- Expand the vertical through direct enterprise pursuits while strengthening IFM-aligned growth with CBRE, JLL, and other strategic partners.
- Partner with operations to convert GMP and non-GMP performance, audit outcomes, and quality metrics into compelling commercial narratives. Drive consumables program growth by formalizing a repeatable offering and expanding penetration across key accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop vertical-specific messaging, case studies, pursuit materials, and thought leadership that elevate vertical positioning.
- Translate data into value by partnering with the 4insite team to create insight-driven stories that highlight efficiency, safety, quality, and sustainability improvements; positioning SBM as a strategic asset, not a commodity.
- Develop the vertical talent strategy, including when and how to scale the commercial team based on pipeline maturity and revenue thresholds.
- Advance digital & operational innovation by piloting technologies that enhance audit visibility, traceability, sustainability, and GMP compliance.
- Coordinate global pursuits with Regional Directors in Europe, APAC, and Latin America to support multinational customers and expand SBM’s global footprint.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership in facilities management, life sciences operations, or enterprise account leadership within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO environments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep understanding of GMP compliance, EHS, quality systems, validation, contamination control, and regulated environments.
- Proven ability to design vertical strategies, GTM plans, scalable playbooks, and ABP frameworks. Demonstrated success with both IFM models and direct enterprise sales.
- Strong leadership in risk management, enterprise growth, and commercial transformation.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence Quality, Ops, Engineering, and Procurement at the C-suite level.
