Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Description
SBM Management is searching for a Sr Product Marketing Manager to join our team! The Senior Product Marketing Manager will provide expertise in Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) to drive SBM’s product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution. This role requires a candidate with strong client interfacing and presentation skills, capable of translating complex challenges into actionable solutions. This role will leverage site-level research and customer insights to inform strategies that deliver exceptional experiences and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, compelling product messaging and value propositions that address customer pain points, leveraging both CX and UX insights.
- Utilize CX principles to map the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct on-site research to understand the challenges clients face, providing actionable insights to guide product and marketing strategies.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and updates, ensuring alignment with both customer and business goals.
- Partner directly with clients, presenting solutions and strategies that demonstrate deep understanding of their needs and value of the product.
- Act as a bridge between marketing, product, sales, and UX teams to ensure cohesive strategies and communications.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales tools, case studies, and executive presentations to support product adoption.
- Analyze KPIs related to product and customer experience performance, using data to drive ongoing enhancements.
- Travel required to engage directly with clients and understand their evolving needs.
Qualifications:
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
- Strong understanding of CX and UX principles and their application in product and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional client interfacing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proven track record in conducting site-level research and applying findings to drive business outcomes.
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and conduct on-site research.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, UX Design, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years in product marketing, CX, or UX roles, with client-facing experience.
Compensation: $144,000 - $174,000 per year
