SVP, Distribution Solutions
Description
SBM Management Services is seeking a high-impact, strategic Senior Vice President, Distribution Solutions, to lead and expand one of SBM’s most rapidly evolving verticals — supporting global distribution networks, fulfillment operations, e-commerce hubs, retail logistics centers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
This leader will serve as the commercial face of SBM’s distribution capabilities, positioning our safety culture, throughput performance, labor reliability, and technology-enabled transparency as industry-leading differentiators. The SVP will work closely with SBM’s operational leaders to translate high-volume distribution success into enterprise commercial growth, expand existing engagements, capture new national accounts, and elevate SBM’s brand across the retail, e-commerce, and logistics ecosystem.
A key element of this role is developing the vertical’s go-to-market strategy, creating scalable commercial playbooks, and establishing account-based planning (ABP) for enterprise accounts such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and major 3PL providers.
The SVP will collaborate closely with facility managers, operations leaders, engineering teams, safety leads, industrial engineers, labor optimization partners, and supply chain executives to ensure SBM is positioned as an essential partner in throughput improvement, on-time fulfillment, and operational reliability.
