Job Title: SR Systems Administrator, D365 F&O
Pay Range: $101,272 to $151,907 (min to max)

What you’ll be working on: 
This role is primarily responsible for administrating our D365 Finance/Supply Chain (D365 F&O) implementation and providing support to our internal end-users in Finance and other teams. The administrator maintains a complete understanding of the organization's D365 F&O environment, and related services, and serves as a key point of contact for all D365 F&O issues, incidents, and enhancement requests.
 
Essential Job Functions:  
  • Play a key role as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/Supply Chain technical expert and system administrator
  • Monitor and maintain batch jobs and other integrations, and resolve issues as needed
  • Manage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems
  • Perform data management monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with other IT and Finance team members to troubleshoot and resolve D365 FO issues
  • Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements/upgrades
  • Act as a liaison with Microsoft support and other software vendors for incident management
  • Manage D365 FO security roles and ensure adherence to company’s segregation of duties rules
  • Lead IT general controls (ITGCs) reviews for D365 on a quarterly basis
  • Update Master data as defined for the role, including areas such as user maintenance, warehouses, sites, various system/sub-system parameters, approval hierarchies
  • Support production deployments on a monthly cadence, including standard Microsoft D365 upgrades
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for D365 and related systems and processes
  • Create and maintain documentation of new processes and system implementations, and share knowledge of such with the team
  • Other IT-related operations, administration, and maintenance functions for D365 as required
  • Help ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures for D365 platform
 
What you have:
  • Experience with various Financial software packages and how they integrate into the D365 environment (i.e. ExFlow, SKSoft Treasury Management)
  • Deep knowledge of various system integrations and their architectures within D365
  • Proficient at writing and understanding complex SQL queries used for extracting large datasets
  • Experience developing and maintaining automated data exchange via EDI, flat files, etc. preferred
  • Experience with D365 Commerce point-of sale is preferred, but not required

Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience: 

  • 3-5 years relevant experience administering ERP systems, preferably D365 FO

  • Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic).
