Marketing Manager


The Savers Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of cohesive cross-channel marketing campaigns and strategies designed to grow sales and drive on-site donations. The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager - Customer Retention.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work in tandem with Senior Marketing Manager and key cross functional teams to develop, implement, and evaluate cohesive cross-channel marketing campaigns to include:
    • Store Marketing Playbooks
    • Website
    • Email
    • SMS
    • Digital/social
    • In-store
  • In-store channel management 
    • Seasonal/campaign signage
    • Semi-permanent signage
    • PA Announcements
  • Cross functional creative brief liaison 
  • Special initiative project management
  • Card-linked offer program management
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Reporting, analysis, and presentation of key campaigns and initiatives


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience managing integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofing capabilities
  • Advanced computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-pace environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Desire to take initiative and drive results
  • Retail background preferred


Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
  • Minimum 3 – 5+ years of experience managing integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns



Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.
  • Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
  • Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic).


FLSA Status


  • Exempt


Tools and Equipment Used:


  • Laptop computer, monitors, phone, copy machine




  • Up to 5-10% travel time may be required (majority would be local store visits)


Work Address:


  • Up to 25% at the Store Support Center located in Bellevue, WA
  • At least 75% remote within greater Bellevue – Seattle area
