Job Title: Regional Area Developmental Manager RADM  (MST/PST/CST Preferred)

Pay Range: $101,272.00-$151,907.00

What you’ll be working on:

The RADM reports to the FUNDrive Associate Director. The RADM is responsible for strategically developing and growing merchandise supply in their region through the FUNDrive program. This work will be accomplished through the ADM teams. The RADM will be responsible for strategically executing their volume plan, developing their team, while developing relationships with the Savers field operations, Regional Supply Chain Managers, and Savers strategic nonprofit partners as well as forging new relationships in the community at large. RADM will be skilled at building and maintaining relationships, interacting with a diversity of personalities and perspectives. This person projects a highly credible and polished image in presentations and speaks effectively and persuasively. The RADM has an entrepreneurial mindset, requiring no supervision, while being aligned with Saver’s vision and core values.

 

Essential Job Functions:

The RADM is responsible for developing and executing strategy that develops the FUNDrive program at market and regional levels. Success in this position is measured by several levels of metrics to be defined as:

  1. ADM team production and development

  • Customer (FUNDrive) satisfaction
  1. Market strategy for high level partnerships, vertical marketing, referrals
  2. Use of CRM Tools, Journey Map, and behavioral consistency.

 

Scope for position includes:

1)      Community outreach strategy that builds awareness of our brand, identifies, and develops partnership opportunities to grow donations throughout assign region

2)      Strategic partnership with Legacy NPPs

3)      Collaborates with ADM on the selection of national partnerships

4)      Supports the launch of new stores, building community connections, driving donations, and building awareness

5)      Sales and Marketing mindset, ability to recognize marketing strategies to elevate FUNDrive program

6)      Partners with RD, DMs, RSCMs ensuring stores and other supply chain channels adhere to CDC standards and driving the FUNDrive program

7)      Provides content for social media and newsletters

8)      Coaches team towards strong pipeline of large and small relationships. Superior customer contact management and organizational skills

9)      Build RADM team bench

10)  Plans, tracks, and measures monthly results

Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Higher education a plus
  • Minimum 5 years Sales, Management
  • Sales and Entrepreneurial experience
  • Proficient in Office 365, CRM, Power BI
  • 2-3 years in the regional, multi-unit chain arena
  • Proficient in Office 365, CRM, Power BI

FLSA: Exempt

Travel: 10% travel within region and national meetings 4-6 times a year.
