Stockflow and Admin Lead

Additionally, this role will be responsible for process optimization across the stock flow and administrative processes to deliver ongoing efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Stock-Flow Coordinators responsible for the flow of stock across the business in both allocation & replenishment methods.
- Lead a team of Merchandise Administrators to support the business with administrative task and procedures.
- Manage the incoming workflow of tasks for Inventory Analysts and Supply Administrators
- Partner with Buyers and Planners to prioritise and manage workflow across the team
- Embedding into the regular cadence of both the buying and planning team to ensure exceptional support and delivery of buyership outcomes aligned with the company’s cultural foundations.
- Focus on continuous improvement and optimisation of allocation, replenishment and administration activity to create ongoing improvements in efficiency working with buying and planning team to deliver outcomes
- Complete Purchase forecasts/line cards for brand partners (where applicable)
- Manage a category/portfolio of brands providing allocation and replenishment task support as per the Inventory Analyst accountabilities
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing
- Strong and proven leadership skills and ability to influence cross functionally
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to meet and work to critical deadlines
- Strong analytical and advanced excel skills
- Strong commercial and retail knowledge
- Previous experience with RDF system (Oracle) preferred but not essential
- Expertise in merchandise and inventory planning including forecasting, replenishment and allocations in a retail environment.
- Experience in a Home & Food portfolio
