Key responsibilities & duties
- Answering dispatch enquiries from customers
- Offer solutions to the customers’ delivery problems
- Arranging deliveries for customers
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone
- Offering solutions to customer problems and issues
Work experience and skills
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Be a self-starter and driven to succeed
- Be totally people focused and customer oriented
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Have the ability to maintain composure under stressful work situations
- Have exceptional Customer service
- Work well part of a team
- Have Intermediate to advance typing skills
