Systems Analyst
Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact to the Business Systems team
- Provide support for Systems incidents and challenges escalated from the T-Brewery Network
- Co-ordination of application upgrades and minor works activities with external vendors and internal teams.
- System implementation and configuration for various business applications
- Work closely with IT stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver on outcomes.
- Assist with continual system & process improvements
- Working with the application vendors to ensure they deliver according to agreed SLA’s.
- Co-ordination and resolution of technical issues as identified analysts. Escalate and triage with vendor(s) where necessary
- Work closely with other members of the team to deliver IT / Business Systems projects and business deliveries.
Technical Skills:
- Previous experience with POS and QSR management systems (Redcat desirable)
- Strong knowledge of business application support and management in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including basic network support
- Experience with providing remote support
- Excellent business communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Excellent customer service focus.
