Talent Acquisition Specialist (SO2)
Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Sourcing with the use of traditional and/or non-traditional recruitment channels
- Coordinates directly with the recruitment manager and recruitment officers to ensure all requirements are captured
- Create and post job advertisements through the different job portals (i.e. Jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Responsible for test administration and interviewing (phone or face to face) of candidates for the assigned accounts
- Conducts initial assessment of resumes or job applications through paper screening, or phone screening to see if education, work experience and work performance matches job description or criteria
- Ensures that account/client meets its recruitment requirements and targets
- Ensures that all recruitment steps and requirements are followed per client
- Formatting of resumes and creation of profile summaries according to a pre-determined standard
- Coordinates with candidate in the submission and completion of employment requirements
- Conducts reference/background check of candidates when necessary
- Coordinates with HR-Benefits, HR-Records, HR-Employee Relations and/or HR-Payroll for on boarding process
- Submits daily/weekly recruitment reports
- Performs other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- 2-3 years experience in sourcing, end to end recruitment
- Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
- Highly knowledgeable in strategic sourcing thru non-traditional channels/job boards
- Strong background in client and candidate management
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Applicant Tracking System experience preferred
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to complete work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Candidate must be willing to work in BGC
