Description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent service levels to the company's Merchandise, Planning and Omnichannel teams to support them in resolving any Vendor queries and/or issues and fulfilling any service requests.
  • Responsible for ensuring any new vendors receive an excellent onboarding experience.
  • Providing excellent service levels and maintaining a collaborative relationship with our vendors for any inbound or outbound EDI messaging queries or issues.
  • Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the company’s EDI partner – SPS Commerce. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Experience in development or support of Oracle (database, SQL and PL/SQL), DB2 (database or scripting), UNIX scripting and XML.
  • Familiarity/experience with EDI (in particular SPS Commerce), warehousing and IT systems and processes will be highly desired.
  • Familiarity/experience with Automic Schedular or have an experience with Job schedular tools.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, ability to convey complex technical and business requirements. 
  • Experience working within similar corporate / retail environments, partnering with Technology team and the business to achieve business outcomes and optimise customer / end user experience. 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering (either functional or technical) and software testing and/or defect tracking and testing tools will be beneficial.
