Working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments, the Leads Nurturing Specialist is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for inquiries coming from different marketing channels as well as supporting Marketing and Business Development with outbound sales initiatives. 


  • Verify the quality of marketing leads and properly endorse to the Sales team for contact and follow-through
  • Respond to prospects and client queries via email, live chat, phone, and social media channels
  • Update and manage internal databases and tracking lists, and pull relevant reports as requested
  • Assist in contacting potential customers via multiple communication channels (phone calls, emails, etc.)


  • Excellent level of proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • High energy, team orientated
  • Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must
  • High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar, customer-centric (service or support-type) role is required
  • Recent, demonstrable experience in the following are required:
    • Customer interfacing, marketing, and CRM software
    • Using MS Excel at intermediate proficiency levels
  • Good understanding of the usage of Hubspot, Mailchimp, Zoominfo or similar software is preferred
