Desired Qualification and Skills
○ Hold at least a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science.
Master of Science is appreciated.
○ A Service Desk experience is a must.
○ Experience on Rest APIs and integration.
○ Experience in Linux operating systems, particularly Centos, Ubuntu and Red Hat.
○ Knowledge on embedded systems and hardware related to IoT applications.
○ Knowledge on scripting languages such as Python and bash scripting and database knowledge using
○ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
○ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships.
○ Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
○ Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
○ Knowledge on wireless network and radio communications.
○ A proactive/can do attitude is essential to the success of this role (start-up mindset)
○ Experience in cloud platforms, previous experience on Google Cloud.
○ Experience in network management systems, and network management protocols.
○ Knowledge on TCP/IP Networking, SNMP, VPN, SMTP, HTTP and HTTPS, Cisco routers and
○ Experience on M2M communications, 4G industrial M2M routers, SIM and device management
○ Exposure to Git versioning and best practices.
