Purpose of Position
The purpose of this role is to support the Executive team to ensure the smooth and efficient administration of the day-to-day operation of the company. This role will assist in the daily office needs and the company’s executive and operational administrative activities.

Daily Task
- Providing administrative support to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer
- Managing communication, both internal and external, through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Generate and manage executive reporting
- Working with COO to implement, manage and monitor operational processes.
- Assisting CEO & COO with executive tasks and documentation.
- Understanding and being up to date with NDIS provider requirements
- Maintaining and organising records, documents, and files including taking meeting minutes for team meetings, board meetings, etc.
- Implementing effective filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Managing office supplies and ensuring that necessary equipment is functioning properly.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for CEO & COO.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
- Managing employee records and documentation.
- Overseeing the physical office space, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Coordinating with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Serving as a point of contact for both internal and external communication.
- Disseminating information within the organisation.
- Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets related to office operations.
- Managing expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring that computer systems, software, and networks are functioning properly

Role Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of systems and programs
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

- Knowledge of office admin support, systems and procedures
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face
- High level attention to detail and problem solving skills
