Asset Facilities Coordinator
Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Continued):
- In-charge of disposal of unrepairable equipment
- Record, monitor and analyze spare parts usage and lifespan
- Monitor accomplishment of Job Orders for equipment repair
- Printing of Asset Tags
- Performs other task which may assign from time to time.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to work Australian hours (Sydney)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Doc, Sheets, Mail, Calendar
- Experience with Australian businesses is beneficial
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable College or University preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- 2-4+ years’ experience in a BPO setting
