• Must have finished an IT-related course and have taken up programming extensively in university
• Must have a portfolio of personal IT projects (programming/development) ready for
presentation
• Will be reporting to an onshore developer (who is also Filipino)
• Very high learning ability and very eager to learn outside of their comfort zone
• Must have an outgoing personality and potential to be proactive with learning
