Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collate data (using Power BI) for Business requests received and provide insight to requestors to assist with the decision-making process.
- Assist with development of Power BI as a visualisation tool and utilise the product across the organisational data to provide reports and analysis for business decision making.
- Create new reports/dashboards and implement improvements to existing reports using the BI Tool.
- Ensure any data trends or accuracy issues are identified, communicated and mitigated accordingly.
- Manage and maintain the workspaces within Power BI services online.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to prioritise, scope and manage individual reporting requirements and success KPI’s.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Leaders, Managers and Executive displaying behavioural indicators to a high level.
- Facilitate regular interaction and feedback as required.
- Become a trusted business partner.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or similar).
- Experience in applying data science to business functions such as insurance, customer journey analytics, marketing analytics, call centre automation, financial risk analytics, quality assessment or process control.
- They must demonstrate curiosity, creativity and the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong moderation, communication and presentation skills to gain the respect of stakeholders at all levels and roles within the company.
