Position Objective
The Financial Analyst supports PCard administration, oversees agreement contract setup and maintenance, tracks project revenue and expenses, develops insightful financial reports, and analyzes historical data to aid in strategic decision-making.
 
Responsibilities
  • PCard Administration
    • Manages and administer the company’s PCard program 
    • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures 
    • Monitors PCard transactions and resolve discrepancies 
    • Provides training and support to PCard users 
  • Contract Setup and Maintenance
    • Coordinates the setup and maintenance of financial agreements and contracts 
    • Reviews and ensures accuracy of contract terms and conditions 
    • Works with billing and procurement teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations 
    • Maintains an organized repository of all agreements and contracts 
  • Project Revenue and Expense Tracking
    • Monitor and track project revenues and expenses
    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of project-related financial transactions
  • Financial Reporting
    • Maintains comprehensive financial reports 
    • Creates monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements 
    • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting 
  • Data Analysis
    • Analyzes historical financial data to identify trends and opportunities 
    • Supports budgeting and forecasting processes 
    • Conducts variance analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement 
    • Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed 
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in accounting or finance role.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience using Oracle Fusion or similar financial system application preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. 
  • Strong analytical and math skills.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic, with a desire to learn new skills and technololgies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to work in a busy, fast paced office.
