Description

Qualifications 
    • Bachelors Degree in Technology or equivalent.
Experience 
    • End user computing experience, supporting windows laptops, Samsung, and iPhone mobile devices. 
    • Experience within a Service Desk, Workplace or Call Centre environment. 
    •  The ability to focus on and meet key Service Level targets. 
    • An understanding of ITIL concepts and modern service delivery concepts
    •  Advanced skills in process development and workflow management. 
    • Experience patching and updating end user devices.
    •  Supporting Microsoft M365 & Azure environments 
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
