Key responsibilities & duties

· Answering dispatch enquiries from customers

· Offer solutions to the customers’ delivery problems

· Arranging deliveries for customers

· Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone

· Offering solutions to customer problems and issues

Work experience and skills

· Have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role

· Be a self-starter and driven to succeed

· Be totally people focused and customer oriented

· Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Have great communication and interpersonal skills

· Have excellent time management and organisational skills

· Have the ability to maintain composure under stressful work situations

· Have exceptional Customer service

· Work well part of a team

· Have Intermediate to advance typing skills
