Senior Software Engineer QA
Description
You will be writing test cases, automated unit testing, and uplifting QA processes and strategy within the team to ensure we release the highest quality products to our customers.
Your role is to be an enabler and coach within the team. In some instances you will be hands on
testing throughout the sprint, in other instances you will be uplifting the QA practices within the
team, and ensuring everyone is following them so that the team is more effectively deploying
stable and secure software solutions to our customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- You come from a strong technical and test automation background
- Able to document testing scenarios, user flows & test cases within your team
- Experience with a subset of languages like Java/Python/SQL/Javascript (we are flexible
here) - QA is your passion, and you are motived by building maintainable QA test automation suites
- Have a high attention to detail and will keep your team honest in regards to quality
- You understand that great QA is more than just test automation
- Strong experience and exposure to large scale and complex applications
- Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced and geographically
distributed environment - Linux experience is desirable
- You are a person who continually self learns and improves your technical skillsets
- Are curious, tenacious, creative, but are also great team players
