Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:

- Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate and manage client appointments with medical professionals, ensuring availability and proper scheduling.
- Send appointment reminders and manage any necessary rescheduling or cancellations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client appointments and communications.
- Sales Support:
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services and treatments.
- Promote and upsell relevant medical services and packages to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-up.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle client complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
