Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication:

    • Provide accurate information regarding our services, treatments, and specialists.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and any questions are answered.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Coordinate and manage client appointments with medical professionals, ensuring availability and proper scheduling.
    • Send appointment reminders and manage any necessary rescheduling or cancellations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client appointments and communications.
  • Sales Support:
    • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services and treatments.
    • Promote and upsell relevant medical services and packages to clients.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-up.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Handle client complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
    • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
