Retail Operations Business Analyst
· Cleansing, interrogation and analysis of large data sets to draw insights on trade performance and make recommendations to influence decision making
· Continuous process improvement initiatives aimed to streamline and automate business processes
· Responsible for the production and distribution of weekly performance reporting and analysis
· A high degree of curiosity & problem-solving ability
· A commercial focus on productivity across store network
· Have solid understanding and application of Microsoft Excel
· Have experience with BI and SAP
· Understand the importance of wage optimisation
· Proven skills in financial, audit & business acumen & analysis, along with effective communication.
· Strong retail background & extensive experience with budgeting & forecasting activities and financial analysis.
· Experience preparing reports
· Able to work in a medium to large format retail environment.
